Recruitment Process

Our process begins when you reach out to us and specify your desired candidate profile. From there, we select several qualified candidates and provide you with their resumes for your review. We facilitate virtual interviews through video conferencing, allowing you to meet the candidates and ensure they align with your expectations.

Once you have selected a candidate and confirmed their start date, you will be responsible for covering their transportation expenses to your location.

In the unlikely event that the candidate does not successfully complete the probationary period, typically lasting two months, you will also need to cover the costs of their return to Spain. However, we offer a written guarantee that includes up to two replacements in such cases.

Requirements and Employment Conditions

• Candidates generally have Spanish ID cards.

• Accommodation and meals at your home are provided.

• The minimum salary for live-in domestic workers starts from 2500 euros per month.
